Air freight
Our current air freight schedule pairs each airport drop-off with its planned arrival day in Jamaica.

- Receiving cutoff
- Packages must be received by 11:00am on the airport drop-off day.
- Carrier preference
- Caribbean Airlines, Amerijet or IBC, according to the courier’s preference.
Daily dispatch can be arranged. Contact DOC to confirm the applicable carrier, drop-off date and shipment availability.
Sea freight
- Dispatch frequency
- Twice monthly, or according to available cargo volume.
- Receiving cutoff
- The Tuesday before the scheduled drop-off.
- Planning your load
- Email DOC to confirm the next drop-off date and discuss your cargo requirements.
Our warehouse focuses on processing packages and moving cargo onward promptly.
Warehouse receiving hours
Monday–Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm, with a full team on Saturdays.
Sunday: secure drop-off available 24/7 with video security. Email DOC for drop-off instructions.
