Can a smaller courier contact DOC directly?
Yes. DOC can connect your business with a master courier covering your area. Your packages then ship under that master’s account.
Who handles Jamaica customs clearance?
Master couriers handle their own clearance in Kingston. Co-loaders ship under their master courier and coordinate Jamaica arrangements through that partner.
How are master couriers and co-loaders billed?
DOC bills each master courier independently. The master courier then bills its co-loading couriers.
Does every courier have a different warehouse code?
Yes. Each courier, including a co-loader, receives a unique warehouse code. No two courier codes are the same.
Can I access the portal before onboarding?
Portal access is provided during onboarding. Email DOC to discuss becoming a courier partner.
